Just a perfect holiday, the proximity of the apartment to the swimming pool and the tranquility at the pool were gorgeous.

Cosy apartment a short walk to the beach and main area of Santa Maria. There are a few basic shops 2-mins from complex although we discovered these can be a lot more expensive than the main street shops. But you pay for convenience! There were some eateries 4-mins away but we did not eat in any of them although some were busy so must be good. Nice swimming pool. A very residential vibe in the complex which was lovely & friendly neighbours eager to chat. 24/7 security both here and along the walk to the main town. There is a tour operator right beside the complex for booking excursions with competitive pricing. Our landlords were very very helpful and were contactable all the time on WhatsApp. If we needed anything at all they were on hand to assist us.

The apartment provided a very spacious double bedroom with good wardrobe space. The second bedroom had 2 single beds that were sufficient. Nice outdoor area with table & chairs as well as an indoor kitchen table that seats 6. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. All in all, just as in the photos provided.

Amazing location with pretty friendly people, a clean beach just a few metres from the resort, numerous restaurants and markets around and a high quality of the rooms with a great and large outdoor pool. I can recommend this to everybody who is looking for a convenient and relaxing beach holiday. It's simply perfect!

We had a lovely stay in Philip’s apartment. Philip was a very helpful host, always available on WhatsApp to answer questions before and during our holiday. The hotel was not fully occupied but still had a nice feel to it, with no sun bed issues and a big pool. It was relaxing and quiet and great location as 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute to a few shops, bars and restaurants. The Main Street in Santa Maria was only 10 minute walk away. We would recommend, particularly for couples
