Description: A three-month renovation has expanded the original restaurant layout to create a new open floor plan that seamlessly transitions the restaurant from day to night. Erie Grill makes a statement with modern decor. Following lunch, the restaurant transitions itself into a lounge-like dining and drinking atmosphere by revealing liquor selections behind the bar, showcasing a vast wine selection, and softening lighting for the evening hours. The menu offers a variety of crave-able Contemporary American cuisine that encompasses both coursed meals and smaller plates to share at a range of price points. Executive Chef John Freezee and Sous Chef Doug Dake imaginatively utilize seasonal ingredients to present the finest in regional cuisine; popular dishes include Steak Tartare Pizza, Duck Meatballs, and Rabbit Sausage with Orecchiette.

Recommend the Sunday Brunch. Food and service were very good. Pleasant view by the water. Only issue with the restaurant is that the tables are too high or the chairs sit too low which makes eating a bit awkward.

Had the Black Angus Meatloaf : BROCCOLINI, YUKON GOLD MASHED POTATOES, ESPAGNOLE SAUCE19 dollars...
The broccoli I was al dente but no other discernible spice with it, so just ok.
The Yukon gold mashed potatoes were bland and thick and could have used more cream and salt- bland. The meatloaf was very tender ( almost mushy) and the onion stews on too wet cold. It was tasty but certainly not worth it's $19 price. The best part of the dish was the " espagnole" sauce- wish there were more of it to accent the taste of meatloaf. Service was on point and speed of the dishes were very quick. Bright clean resto with wonderful views.

We enjoyed brunch here on a Sunday morning - the food and service was fine, nothing really stood out about the experience other than the view of the canal, which was appealing.

We had a Sunday morning breakfast here. Very nice. Not cheap, but reasonable for hotel restaurants. Food was great and wait staff kept the coffee cup full. The blueberry pancakes are amazing and one of the things I look forward to here.

Great little restaurant. Super cool staff, both for breakfast and supper. For its size has great selection of food and beverages. Try not to order too much...
