Cosimo's has an extensive menu. My wife and I focused on pasta and we were rewarded. My wife had a great shrimp and sun-dried tomato sautee over bow-tie pasta. It was garlicky, al dente and scrumptious. I had the pork pappardella. The pork was somewhere between pot roast and pulled pork in texture and rich in flavor. The wide ribbons of noodles were great at capturing the ragu. We split a side of onion-y brussels sprouts which was a great accompaniment. Service was helpful. Wine and beer complimented our dishes nicely. And, given that we're in a touristy area, the price was most fair.
