We recently stayed in Rochester in the Country Inn it has a really nice lobby, and snack area and the location is good you are right near the interstate and there is a nice wing restaurant next door. The room has been remodeled recently, but the bathroom was not that clean the tub has rust stains and when I turned on the water gray water shot out of it. The AC unit is older and didn't keep the room very cool. Lots of other guest where propping there doors open I dont know if it was because the 2nd floor was really hot or what was going on. If you are only staying for a night or two its a good price for the room.
When we arrived our room wasn't ready, so we were graciously upgraded to a suite - thanks to Front Desk Manager Michael Maida. The room was comfortable and very spacious, clean and modern. The 1st morning there was an issue with the shower head spraying the ceiling and Michael was very quick to fix it and even told us he checked it himself. We were very pleased and would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again when in the area. Location was good and the breakfast was very nice. Great seating area outside with a fire which was nice when it cooled down in the evening.
