During the past couple of months we had the pleasure of eating at AMCC numerous times. What a great new addition to the area where once stood " The Land of Make Believe" amusement park created by Arto Monaco.
The friendly staff combined with great menu options, in house roasted coffee, freshly prepared foods and very reasonable prices makes the AMCC a place you definitely want to visit. Best corned beef hash I ever tried and I've tried many.
AMCC is a bright and airy restaurant with many windows on the Ausable River. Try it and guarantee you'll go back. If you prefer just a cup of coffee and a danish you can relax in comfortable leather chairs and hook up to their wi-fi. BTW Whiteface is only a few miles up the road so well worth stopping in route.

We came for a brunch and sampled the steak and eggs, and the pan fried trout and eggs........Eggggggggcelent! The strip steak was perfectly cooked with over easy eggs and the pan fried trout......delicious! The toast, rye and wheat, was well buttered and the apple pie great! The hostess was local, knowledgeable about the historic " Land of Makebelieve" and a friendly, North Country local. Thumbs up for this little gem......

Pay attention to those two things, and the rest is sure to follow. I know first hand the trials the owners went through to get this place open, and now their attention is focused on providing you with the best guest experience. I highly recommend that you visit and see for yourself. From the warm greeting at the door, through to the end of your stay, the service is exceptional. They work well as a team to provide you their collective best. The food was outstanding! I had (3)blueberry pancakes, sausage links, and crispy home fries, on a simply but thoughtfully garnished plate. A visit to the kitchen revealed what others may enjoy: hand-prepared corned beef hash, carefully de-boned and trimmed rainbow trout, fresh fruit of all varieties, donuts and fresh baked pies, and endless variations of the egg. And, I should also mention, the finest cup of Joe you'll find in any restaurant, anywhere. A hard working family owned and operated business more than worthy of your patronage.

We had the French toast with bacon and the hash/eggs. Both were delish esp. the French toast (sourdough). Coffee was best cup at a restaurant in quite awhile. Staff was efficient and friendly. When we went it was not busy - Sunday 11:15. The inside is cozy. Only better if would be more bathroom options.

A wonderful place in Upper Jay. Drop in on your way to Whiteface or Lake Placid.
Welcoming, excellent food and service with a smile from a genuine family.
It is already doing good business and has been embraced by the locals.
Hash was one of the best we had had. Fresh and not too mushy. Trout was also had at our table and it was fresh and well cooked. Being a transplanted Brit, I would love the option of the trout being smoked, akin to a kipper, but I’m not sure there would be that much of a demand.
Great work, we will all be back.

Thank dfvt
