It was a bad experience for us to stay in this hotel as we have lost around 7000 Mauritian Rupee on the very first day. We felt really bad because we got only half of the money from the hotel even hotel management found the person who accessed our room in our absence since we didn’t get the full money. Request you to kindly help us to refund our rest of the money as we have lodged the police complaint also regarding the same but we didn’t get any response from that also which shows how much casual approach is there regarding the customer greviance from the police end as well as from the hotel end.
Request you to kindly intervene in this and resolve the issue at earliest.More
