We stay on the Amalfi coast every September, but we like to take the ferry over to Capri for a couple days each year. This year we stayed bat Villa Anna. Nice room, private patio facing the garden, very peaceful. This is about a five minute walk, slightly uphill, to the main part of Anacapri, and near restaurants, bus stops, and anything else you need. The lady running the place is very nice and we also met her well-behaved daughter. Breakfast was good, and what made it special was talking to the other guests from Greece and Switzerland (?). We will stay there again. They sent a car to pick us up when we arrived on the island.

Our stay at Relais Villa Anna was by far our favourite on our trip around Italy. Even before we arrived in Capri, Valentina offered to arrange a ride from Marina Grande free of charge. Domenico, her brother, was waiting for us when we arrived at the ferry terminal. On our way up to Anacapri he helpfully pointed out different attractions, bus routes, and things to do.

Once we arrived at the property we were blown away by how accurate the pictures were online. The property was clearly new and/or recently renovated, clean, and spacious. The terrace/garden offered a very nice area to relax and just enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

It was easy to grab the bus into Anacapri as it stopped a few minutes away from the property. However, we preferred to walk into town as it was an especially scenic 15-20 minute walk on a pedestrian path which took you past many Caprese style homes along the way. Relais Villa Anna was situated in between Anacapri and Faro. Valentina pointed out that Faro was a great place to take in the sunset and she was right about that.

The hosts were second to none. Valentina personally made the cakes offered at breakfast and her lemon cake was made from the lemons in her garden. What more could you ask for? She was very helpful in suggesting things to do and see and was available through WhatsApp at all times when we had any questions. She even helped us arrange our return ferry ride to Positano for us, gave us extra bus passes that she had laying around, and just really made us feel welcome and at home.

We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Capri!

Room tip: Get up for breakfast!

We loved our stay. Lovely design for rooms. Very clean and simple, but perfect. Breakfast is amazing! Hosts so helpful and kind. We reached the place using our scooter but they offered us pickup and drop to the harbour too (in Capri it's a big plus!). Definitely recommend this B&B

It's just the perfect stay in the island.
The rooms and the garden are welcoming and clean, the owners are more than friendly, they become family at first sight.
Valentina sweetens the morning with her delicious hand made cakes and Salvatore will organize just any need of any moment of the day. They suggest the best places to eat, boat trips and hidden secrets of the island.
It was my second time in Capri, but this time I left my heart in their Relais, and will always be grateful for the wonderful stay and for the wonderful people they are.
Feel blessed.
