We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2019 while in Capri. The B and B is run by a family who can’t do enough for you. The male owner came and collected us from the bus stop at Anacapri and drove us up. On the drive you think you are heading to the middle of nowhere but a ten minute walk down the hill on a path takes you straight to the chairlift and centre of Anacapri. The B and B is absolutely spotless, the room was generously sized and the bathroom perfect. We ate 2 breakfasts here which were included and the best we had all holiday. We had lunch when we arrived and it was the best caprese salad I’ve ever had. We had two evening meals here which were both outstanding and the best antipasti we have eaten. The family can’t do enough for you and the view of the sunset from the patio is amazing 10/10.

We have stayed in Agriturismo del Sole for mid-week break. We like to avoid corporate hotels while on holiday in order to really experience local traditions, food and meet locals. For this reasons I can’t imagine we could have chosen a better place to stay. From the very first moment we arrived, owners made us feel very special. We were greeted with fresh, cold and homemade lemonade that was exactly what we needed after a bit of sunny walk from the bus station. We checked in and were given a map with explanation of how to get to various places around the island and very useful tips known only to locals I guess. This really helped us later during our visit. Rooms were very clean and with all you may need including Air Conditioning and little private terrace with spectacular views over the sea. Breakfast is exactly what you would expect from traditional Italian selection. Warm croissant with marmalade and jam, fresh fruits and eggs. Of course served with amazing coffee. What stands out is that many products including fruits and eggs are home grown around this farm and you really appreciate how tasty and fresh they are. There are tables on the terrace so you have al fresco breakfast, for us best way to start a day. The biggest highlight for us was a dinner that we had on one evening out of all. We wanted to discover different restaurants and specialities so we were eating all around the island but let me tell you.... non of them compered to the dinner we had at Agriturismo del Sole. Again, set in this amazing terrace overlooking the island you don’t get a big menu to choose from. It was a menu of the day... but what a menu and what an ingredients. Quality of food, pasta, meat - it was what you would call passionate Italian home cooking served in a high class restaurant standard. In fact we regretted that we had dinner only on one occasion. Family service was very relaxed, not rushed so you could really take time enjoying all courses and great wine while watching sunset. Myself and my partner work for hospitality industry all our careers and we understand how challenging it can be sometimes to delight visitors. Agriturismo del Sole do that plus much more offering peaceful, relaxing and personalised stay with easy and quick access to the nightlife of Capri. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and we will definitely come back!

A really great place to stay - once you find it!
The service and food are great, but not too much English is spoken there - but we got through well enough - they all try very hard.
The rooms are "adequate" and everything works & b'fast was good.
A bit (15 minutes) of a walk to 'town' and then the busses get you everywhere.
3 nights was not enough...

This restaurant is great and the family who ones it very nice. It is a real Italian family restaurant, all the family is working together. Really good food, pizza from the wood oven outside, great!

We had a normal room, it is tiny but clean. Only the bed is really bad, we didn’t sleep much. The walls are very thin and the curtains let in lots of light.
But the location is great, as is the breakfast and the people.

Luigi picked us up from the bus terminal in Anacapri and had bruscetta and lemon water waiting for us. After a long morning of travel it was so nice to have a minute to catch our breath and enjoy the view. He gave us a map and showed us which bus to take to get anywhere on the island. We had dinner 2 of our 3 nights at the restaurant on site. The food was amazing and the prices were clearly marked on the bulletin board (one reviewer mentioned this being an issue, but we knew exactly how much we would be charged for the meals, and we were able to pay with credit card at checkout). Breakfast was phenomenal and it was the best breakfast we had during our entire 2 weeks in Italy. Luigi and his family are experts in hospitality - so pleasant and nice. His young son let me hold his baby rabbit, which was a definite highlight.

The hotel itself was so nice and quiet. We really enjoyed sipping wine and watching the sunset on the patio each day. We loved it there and hope to return someday.
