The pasta and the fish dishes I have ordered have always been perfectly cooked; the fish, fresh and flavorful. The wait staff is professional and knowledgeable about the dishes and can offer helpful advice. Whenever I'm in the area I make a point of stopping at Brandywine!

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. What a nice relaxing place to dine. Their menu is extensive and we love Italian food. We started out with a Ceasar salad prepared by hand table side. Delicious! Husband opted for the Seafood Fra Diavolo and loved the assorted seafood and nice touch of spice. I decided on the Linguine Sinatra, a blend of clams and shrimp with mussels and mushrooms in a red clam sauce. Excellent! Highly recommend Brandywine Restaurant. If this was closer to home, we would frequent often.

Went on a Wednesday, pasta night. Had a drink at the bar while waiting for a table.
Ordered the baked ziti and hubby had the linguine Sinatra. The baked ziti had small pieces of ham/bacon and caramelized onions. The sauce was not soupy nor pasty. It was a rich tomato sauce and not too many spices. Perfect with melted cheese on top.
The Sinatra was a clam and mussel delight. It was a red sauce gravy with all the good stuff in it.
We also had the fresh shrimp appetizer. It was three large shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon. It was fresh and ice cold.
The artichoke appetizer was tossed in an oil and italian spice. It was ice cold as well. They were top notch .
The meals come with a house salad, all dressing is made on site except the French. I opted for the creamy italian. It was a viscous consistency with a slight buttermilk taste. Hubby had oil and vinegar.
Bread was fresh and the breadsticks had sesame seeds.
The portions were huge, eat half and take half home. The desserts looked amazing, but honestly I was too full.
Hubby had a glass of wine with dinner. Two appetizers and entrees was $55 bucks and well worth it.
Pics posted.
