This was a wonderful place and the food was delicious and some unique choice on the menu, especially the specials. The building is fun and charming, however, we were there at a busy time so it gets loud and hard to have a conversation.

Omg. We've been to this restaurant a few times before when in Black Mountain, but tonight was over the top!!!

Hubby and I had the cauliflower soup with gouda (licked the bowl), clementine salad, snapper special and fried shrimp entree.
One bite was better than the next - we simply cleaned our plates

We thought we couldn't do dessert, bit ordered key lime pie to go.
let me say, that my hubby is from FLA and brags about key lime pie- but I thought he died and came back after we had the pie when we returned to our room. Fluffy, creamy even a side of
meringue - o la la .

Please give this place a try!!!

We had gone to Que Sera when it first moved into its new location and were very disappointed because our reservation had been given away and we had to wait for another hour. And, basic offerings were gone. We decided to give it another try and went with 3 other couples. We all had lovely dinners and service was impeccable. So, we went for dinner last weekend. All of our dinners were lovely. Service was so-so and slow. We had made reservations and were seated right next to a door that did not shut totally. It was bitter cold and the wind blew in everytime the door opened. One server did finally manage to get the door almost shut. The most distressing thing that happened that RUINED our evening was when one of the bartenders told us in a rude tone that the door would have to remain open so his customers would not have to walk through the restaurant. We attempted to explain to him about the cold, but he rudely dismissed our concerns. For the amount of money we paid, service needs to be improved and treatment of dining guests needs to be greatly improved in the bar area. Too many wonderful restaurants in the area to pay for this type of treatment. By the way, Mr. Bartender--I tip 25% and I'm would bet my server had to tip you out!
