The website is miss leading. If you are looking for a private intimate setting this place is not for you. If you are looking for a spa experience this is not for you. The spa is a room beside the pool and the sauna is in the pool house. It is loud.
Over priced and over rated. The room is not worth more than $150. This place is not romantic.

We stayed in one of their two bedroom condos and it was clean, well appointed, very specious and with nice views. The Clubhouse was very nice and everything was within driving disitance. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Booked as a last minute night away. Amazing welcome from reception. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Bob Timberlake Inn. Can’t recommend enough. Beautiful room. Lovely service. Tasty breakfast. Fab location. Nice walk in to the historic downtown. Would definitely return

My husband and I stayed in the main lodge for a weekend. The room was very clean and updated. I loved that the bathroom had a chair at the vanity. The mattress and bedding was soft and comfortable. Rooms at the lodge include a breakfast at the buffet. The food available was top notch and served in the beautiful Timberlake restaurant. The grounds of the resort are expansive, but near the lodge is a large lake with many sitting areas to enjoy the view. There are even beautiful swans in the lake! The resort is within easy walking distance to the historical main street of blowing rock with cute shops and restaurants. The resort is also just a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as Tweetsie Railroad and Doc's gem shop. As soon as we left I was making plans to come back!
