I have been staying with Hilton for about a year now, no bad experiences. I will say they have a system in place, where you receive a text from customer service/manager. That amazed me to know that they make a connection with you prior to your arrival. This was helpful and allowed me to have extras towels in my room and I also let them know my arrival time had changed. The room had adequate space for two adults. The bathroom was different, with the toilet being almost under the counter...not a problem at all. The front desk staff on Friday night and Saturday morning and Sunday morning were awesome and greeted us with a smile.
Now there were only a few things that I had an issue with, on Saturday we left out that morning to come back and the room had not been cleaned this was around 3pm when we returned. I did speak with one of the housekeeping staff and they were doing some new hire training. My last gripe was I needed additional towels and called down to the front desk...no answer. This was a tad bit inconvenient when I had to go down stairs just to make that request.
All in all a great stay with a pleasant staff. More
