Coupling a local "farm to table" philosophy with European and modern culinary techniques and expertise, creates a dining experience to savor. The wait staff is committed to exceeding your expectations with exceptional service and extensive knowledge of their menu. Roosters has perfected simple dishes with quality ingredients from local farmers and artisans. The pork chop and succotash are a must ... if mussels are the catch of the day, add them as an appetizer or your main course. My only negative is the acoustics... the restaurant is quite loud, a challenge for group or across table conversations.

Rooster's is a neat place with a cool menu and great eats. Great service and a great atmosphere add to the charm. They have some of the best meats you can get!

Went here on a whim and sat at the Chef's Table with a great view of all the cooking action. Unfortunately we were still full from lunch but we each ordered soup and salad (both were extremely flavorful) and opted to share a side of fried corn and a side of mushroom fragola (this also can be an entree). Oh my! Will definitely return with an appetite next time!

The wait staff was amazing. The main dish was the spare rib ($22) it was the size of a small Twinkie. Beets were very good. Skip all of that and go straight for the coconut cake. Omg it was amazing, the desserts were the best part of dinner

Sooo funny. My husband was saying that for days and showing pictures of the restaurant. Semi expensive meal, not sure it was worth it. Family style sides, but not main course. Corn and mashed potatoes was delicious. Short ribs was greasy.
