Round Peak Vineyard

My wife and I just love Round Peak. The setting is absolutely stunning. It's so relaxed and peaceful. It's pet friendly with free treats and a water bowl out on the patio. Not only is the wine good, but they have beer as well. If they have the Cream Puff, a cherry ale, it's a must have. Certainly a more casual winery, but it's hands down our favorite.

Ken and Kari provide and excellent tasting experience with their multi-level approach. They have excellent wines (no reserve wines needed as only the best is sold) with exquisite Monepulciano, Nebbiolo, along with the usual vitas vinifera. They provide a Skull Camp line (even in cans) for the learning wine taster, and also brew beer for those with alternative tastes. Check their web site for the various events that they have throughout the summer.

We stopped at Round Peak Vineyard and we had a fun wine tasting experience. Round Peak has their Round Peak wines which are dry French and Italian varietals and Skull Camp wines which are semi dry or semi sweet varietals. This winery has a great view of the hills and has a fun laid back atmosphere. We bought a bottle of Skull Camp Inspiration which is an enjoyable blend with citrus and floral aroma. We will make a point to stop here again when in the area.

They have some good wines, but their beers are really good (and I'm more of a wine drinker). Gorgeous back patio with outstanding views. Dog friendly outside.
