After a long wait our entrée was given to another couple. Steak was great but fish was raw in the middle. And to cap it all were charged corkage for being given two wine glasses.

Rang to book for dinner to find out the bistro is closed and they now only do take away. This is the same place as the Deck Restaurant and Bar, under a separate listing in the Town of 1770.

We dined at The Deck during a recent stay at 1770. We absolutely enjoyed everything about it; great food, beautiful service and pleasant bush surround setting. I thought it was reasonably priced especially so being BYO. Highly recommended. Will ensure we return when next in 1770 / Agnes Water.

Ate there on Wednesday night. Starter of onion bhaji was awesome, huge bowl of onion and tasty. That was great value. The table next to us had samosas which were the biggest I've ever seen.

The curries were nice but nothing to write home about. Strangely the fish curry was made with pieces of battered fish then put in a sauce.

Garlic naans were fabulous but there was a wait between delivery of them.

On the whole I would recommend without a question. They are only doing BYO at the minute but are supposed to be licensed.
