I admit we chose to visit “Musque Food and Wine” solely on its looks, which directly followed a decision not to visit “The Clubhouse” (where we had been dropped off by our accommodation)… again based solely on its looks.
We were warmly greeted and offered a high table on the side wall, it was then explained that it was a tapas type restaurant where multiple dishes were shared. As we had experienced a similar concept in Adelaide, and partly due to the cost of the dishes, we simply ordered two, arrancini balls and a steak, with a side order of fries.
Due to the tapas nature of the meal, we had almost finished the first when the second arrived. Both dishes were excellent and with the chips were sufficient.
The staff were very warm, friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a modern, but relaxed restaurant, at a reasonable price (if you don’t order too many dishes), Musque Food and Wine is worth a visit.
