Smoky Mountain is working to adapt to the new restrictions due to COVID. We’ve been by several times since the crisis began. I feel like the place has missed a great opportunity to focus on customer service and food quality. Add one more staff member to expedite orders? Trim the menu if can’t provide consistently good food. Don’t insult me with a side of sauce that has less than a tablespoon! The food is just ok and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Your business seems to be humming along but you could be doing so much better!!
