Roz at front desk is a sweetheart. Room views are fabulous. Price was great. We stayed in the suite with a king bed and queen sofa. Even exceeded our expectations. Staff was very nice especially Roz. We will be back.!!More

Very good accomadations with great views of the Cape Fear River & the U.S.S. Carolina Battleship. Staf were very personal and professional at all timers as well as extreamly helpful. Room was clean and as we traveled with a pet (Beagle) they have a very nice pet area out back on the riverfront.

My wife and our golden retriever loved our stay at the Coastline BW. The river and their dock was right outside our room, along with the riverwalk. Since the property is gated I have always felt safe as a female traveler. Fancier, more expensive hotels are nearby but the cleanliness, friendliness and comfort here keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing experience. It was a great location to nearby food and downtown. I loved being right on the river and having a pier to walk out and take in all the views. We will definitely stay here for our future trips to Wilmington.

Stayed here for a weekend for my husband's birthday. Great experience! Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and accommodating! Stayed in a king suite which has views up and across the river. Went to the Railroad Museum across the street....WOW! It was amazing! Everything is within walking distance...Restaurants, shopping, etc. Located directly on The Riverwalk. Dog friendly too. We'll bring our fur babies next time!

This hotel is in a great location, however some of the rooms need upgrading. We booked a suite and were surprised to discover we had two flights of stairs in our room. The room was large, however the furniture looked old and not very clean (stains on cushions). There were curtains missing on some of the windows, so it was very hard to sleep because the street lights were very bright. We were offered another suite which was nice, however it was a pet friendly room and you could tell pets it was a pet friendly room. The staff were very nice and accommodating, however we decided to shorten our stay and checked out.
Thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel during your recent visit to Wilmington. I am sorry you were not aware of the steps in the Tower suite. Our photos try to depict the steps and unfortunately there is not enough space to include in the room description. My team normally makes guest well aware of the stairs and I'm sorry if it was not explained better. The room has been recently renovated and we were working on adding blinds but Covid happened and we haven't moved forward on it yet but it will be done within the next few months. I do hope you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again.
