Bad Service

Check in counter is slow waiting 40 min only can go room.
Hotel guest lift having problem . The lift door cant close properly . This happen 3 times. Breakfast is very limited. Check Out counter is slow need to wait too long to check out . No long queue .

Wonderful 3D2N experience

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Teluk Bahang. With less than 10 minutes drive, you can visit Teluk Bahang National Park, Entophia Butterfly Farm etc. You can enquire the friendly and helpful reception team for local attractions. I stayed at a Deluxe room, room# 1003 with partial seaview, good room size. The surprise was I can see sunrise from my room window . Teluk Bahang Beach is just a short walk across the road and you can enjoy a sunrise or sunset stroll. Thank you Bahang Bay team for the hospitality.
