Have visited during different craft events, seasonal events for kids as well as company picnics. Grounds and equipment are always very clean. Events are very well put together and well maintained with pleasant staff. Though it is on a busy road, the fence makes it an oasis with limited outside distractions. Always a good time

Most of the events at this farm, run by Fargo Parks District, are free. We enjoy taking our young child here every Christmas for Santa's Workshop, where the children can write and mail letters to Santa, meet real reindeer, meet Santa, do Christmas crafts, and decorate cookies with Mrs. Clause FOR FREE.

The park itself is a nice open area right in the middle of a busy business district. It's fenced off and hides the traffic as well as keeps kids from the danger of moving vehicles. They do have events that take place and opens up the buildings, but I am under the impression the buildings are locked when not set up for larger events. There is a bathroom available if the rest of the park is locked. I recommend going to the Santa's Village in December for a fun, free event that supports local charities and helps get children in the holiday spirit. The playground equipment is very new and fresh looking, Safe levels of slides for various ages, of course you need to watch younger ones as they tend to follow older children who can go on more "adventerous" pieces (monkey bars, taller slides, etc.) Would make a nice area for a child's summer birthday party.
