We have always been loyal customers of the Cmon Inn Grand forks, but this time may think twice... It was under construction. Wish they would have told me when I booked the room. only 2 hot tubs working, and only half the hotel being used. We were in a new room, and yes, very nice, except, they should have replaced the shower heads... still the old ones, terrible. For what that might cost, please replace the shower heads. Bed was good, a bit soft for our liking, good pillows, and very clean, being newly redone. Breakfast was amazing. Eggs, Waffles, cereals, toast, bagels, breakfast pizza of some sort, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, all very good. Also, we wanted to order in for supper the night prior, but the phone did not work in our room, had to walk to front desk, and use the phone there. Very disappointed with this stay.

Thank you for choosing the C'mon Inn in Grand Forks, ND. I know you have many hotels to choose from. I am very sorry to hear about your stay from the construction. We are in the process of replacing the shower heads as that was a different phase in the construction process. I am very pleased to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and will speak with my maintenance about rechecking all the phones in the rooms. We look forward to serving you on your next stay. Send me an email I would like to make up the last stay for you. gfgm@cmoninn.com

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The courtyard is great for families and groups to have a place to gather in the hotel. Courtyard rooms are nice but can be loud in the morning. They shut it down at 11 p.m. The breakfast is very good for a hotel. Kids will love the waffle station that includes several candy toppings (!) and cookies (for breakfast?). Great location. The hotel is starting to show its age - little things like our refrigerator door handle coming off and the microwave wasn't level due to a leg missing and it didn't work well. We also noticed that the fake trees in the courtyard were incredibly dusty. The hotel could use a refresh, but we will still return because it's comfortable and good when we go with other families. The staff are accommodating.

Room Tip: courtyard rooms are nice if you're traveling with others but can be noisy, the rooms that don't open to the courtyard are quieter.

C'mon Inn is always my first choice of hotel to stay at. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful courtyard area with 4 hot tubs, sitting area, pool, with 5th hot tub in pool area. My only negative about the hot tubs is that you can smell the chlorine as soon as you walk in the hotel because of their location. Our room was located non-courtyard, which gave us a nice, quiet, relaxing stay. A courtyard room is excellent if you are staying with friends or a group. Breakfast always great, good variety of food, supply always full. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, beds comfortable. The walls could use some washing (looked like very old dirt/stains in some areas). Overall, loved our stay.

Room Tip: If quiet is important to you, get a non-coutryard room.

We arrived at the inn only to find out the room we reserved was not available. My husband agreed to accept an alternative. When we let ourselves into the room we found it was occupied. At this point, I became quite angry. We went back to the front desk, the manager was summoned. There was a bit of hemming and hawing as he checked the computers numerous times. Finally he said he could resolve the problem. He took us to a beautiful room with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, etc., etc., and charged us 15 per cent less than the other room would cost us. He really went above and beyond to keep our business. We like staying there in the rooms adjoining the courtyard. It' nice to be able to get out of your room, sit at the patio tables and relax.

Room Tip: Courtyard rooms have easy access to the hot tubs, breakfast area, pool and have patio tables and chairs.

I've stayed at the C'mon Inn 4 times now & was so satisfied each time. I love the patio tables & chairs outside each room so we can sit outside the room in the beautiful courtyard & so close to the hot tubs in the same area. The morning complimentary breakfast has a good variety of food, all very tasty and always being refilled. Great, friendly staff. A relaxing hotel after a busy shopping day!

Room Tip: The courtyard facing rooms are nice because you can sit outside your room at patio tables to visit with others, read, etc.
