We stayed on the second floor in a charmingly decorated bed sitting room overlooking the lush gardens. The well appointed private bath had everything one could need after a day on the Fundy Trail. We also had the enormous sitting room with an excellent library and dining area. The breakfast was perfect with Sue adding her unique imaginative touches. Not familiar with the area Stan came to the rescue and guided us to the B and B.
Anyone lucky enough to stay at Casa Breeze is in for a memorable experience. Stan and Sue are delightful, the house is beautiful, the view is stunning! !

We stayed in the suite on the first floor with the deck and a huge private bathroom next door. (The bathroom was just outside the bedroom, but is only for the use of the room we were in.) The bedroom and bathroom were nicely decorated, and the outdoor space is also beautiful and includes an awesome deck. Susan and Stan were great hosts, offering us a drink as we sat on the deck during the evening, giving us some options for dinner, and cooking a delicious breakfast the next morning. We definitely recommend this B&B and hope to be back some day!

Room Tip: The bedroom suite on the first floor has a door out onto the deck and lovely views.

Casa Breeze and it's hosts, Sue and Stan, were fantastic. Stan even helped with our luggage! This is the best B&B we have ever been to. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The house is decorated spectacularly... The views are stunning. We arrived in the evening and were greeted with a glass of wine. Breakfast was delicious..home cooked..served at whatever time we wished. We were sorry we could only stay one night! Case Breeze is a must! Jeannie D.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great!

We stayed on a first floor suite with deck and wonderful bathroom with heated floors, bidet, HUGE walk in shower! The Hosts were lovely and friendly! Their breakfasts were EXCELLENT! I want to go back! A friend of mine said "will you adopt me" This should be a spread for Better Homes and Gardens. They are on the water and also have beautiful gardens! All we could say was "WOW'!!!!!!

On the advice of my parents and traveling with them, we stayed at Casa Breeze in Oak Bay New Brunswick. Sue and Stan Franklin, the owners, set the standard in the B&B industry.
The rooms we had where very big. I tend to like that. The upstairs room with a table, television, and library was quite spacious.
Comfort and cleanliness abound. I asked about the upstairs bathroom tile on the floor because it was warmly heated and they told me that that was a feature that they had installed.
Don't miss the breakfast! The most delicious fruit cup I have ever had - every morning, followed by a wonderful breakfast: Apple frittata, mixed ham and egg in a cup, Lobster eggs benedict!, mushroom egg souffle, all delicious! The toast was even the best, the Toast! Plentry of coffee and OJ to drink, yogart, granola, cottage cheese.
The grounds outside are meticulously kept. The view over the bay is amazing. 15 minutes from St. Stephen, 25 minutes from St. Andrews by the Sea.
If I could give Casa Breeze more stars, I would. This is definitely not a place to miss. When traveling through New Brunswick, you MUST go to the Casa Breeze and visit Sue and Stan Franklin!
