After driving through Gros morne looking for supper, we came across this amazing food truck. We ordered burger & Poutine which was delicious. Home made all the way! Must stop in this area :)

We stop for a quick lunch by the Bannikin and we must say we were highly surprised by the homemade quality burgers and onion rings! So much better that all these fastfood restaurants. A great stop!

Haven't been checking the internet so only found this food truck by accident. What a nice surprise! I had the fish and chips. Fish was a large crispy fillet lightly breaded and seasoned well. Fries were tasty and fresh, not the months old frozen fries you see so much in this area. I'm not usually a tartar sauce person but theirs is homemade and delicious. Can't get a better view of the Harbor than sitting here at the picnic tables looking out to sea.

Stopped into the Bannikin after a long day of touring Gros Morne Park.
The Service was extremely fast, good variety of menu items, portion sizes were very big, and everything tasted amazing. I got the fries dressing and gravy which is a classic Newfoundland dish and the dressing was PERFECT. My friend got the fish and chips which tasted amazing and was also a very generous portion size.
The Weather was nice so we sat at one of the picnic tables looking over Rocky Harbour and it just added to the overall experience. We will 100% be coming back.
