Went for an early lunch on a Monday afternoon - think we were the first guests to arrive around 11:40 a.m. Our server greeted us quickly, brought water as requested and took our order in a timely fashion.
We ordered two mains from the lunch menu and one pizza off the children's menu. It was brought to the table in around 13 minutes, all orders served hot. We all ordered the Caesar salad as sides - sort of dry and flavourless. All mains were fine...nothing spectacular, but certainly acceptable for the price.
Small problem with the bill but quickly and easily fixed.

Boston Pizza has an extensive menu with something for everyone, the food is pretty good but nothing spectacular. The funny thing is, I find their pizza very lacking. Out of all the times I've eaten here, the only time I've regretted my food choice is when I ordered a pizza! They do appetizers, pastas and salads well (the salads are huge!) Sometimes the wait is pretty lengthy especially on the weekend. The staff is very nice but the bill always seems too hefty for the quality of the food. A cool place to try.

This place has the worse service out of the whole franchise . This is my second time here and I don't give second chances when it comes to food establishments. I am truly disappointed and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We visited after a road trip, tired and hungry on Sunday, July 17. We were not looking for a gourmet lunch. We weren't disappointed. We didn't get one but it was ok.
On entering, a large group near the door inquired of the hostess when their meals would be served. Not a great omen. The place wasn't busy at 2pm. There was ample wait staff on duty & our order was taken promptly. Maybe not a quality shared in the kitchen however. We had no complaint however. We caught up on our busy weekend away & the trip back.
The food arrived after a while. I enjoyed my Med. Veggie Bowtie. Others like theirs too. Portions were more than ample and we took 2 doggie bags home.
The large room has many monitors and a large projection tv screen to occupy the bored. I imagine it could be a noisy place when a major sort event was on. There is a separate bar area. Have a drink or two and you might enjoy an evening out even more. It was ok for a small family weary from the highway and not in an overly demanding mood.
