My husband's company hosted an awards night at China Blanca and we were all blown away when we arrived. You could see right through the front entry of glass through to the other side of glass into the Pacific Ocean. The design of this mansion is incredible and the views are simply breathtaking. I highly recommend renting this space for a relaxing, one-of-a-kind vacation, a romantic getaway or honeymoon, a wedding venue, or special occasion. We had our event catered by the Four Seasons hotel and they prepared the meals right in the fully staffed equisite modern gourmet kitchen. We had full access to the entire mansion and it was spectacular. There was a band out by the pool and a full bar set up on the other side. There were tables with white linen table cloths, candles, and fresh flowers, and lights everywhere. This would be a beautiful location for an intimate outdoor wedding. You could even get married on the beautiful beach down below and have your reception at the mansion. We could not have been more pleased with our special night here and we hope to come back again. Our night ended with fireworks over the Pacific. I would definitely rent China Blanca for luxurious vacation.
This is our second time to be guests at Casa China Blanca, truly a slice of paradise. It easily accommodates our group of ten (five couples). The staff provides for our every need and we hired a masseuse to come in on several days, which just added to our pleasure. The infinity pool is lovely, there is a beach below for walking or water activities, sometimes we walked to a local beach bar for refreshments. Both years, we chose not to rent a car, but instead to have staff arrange pickup at airport, and vans to take us when we wished to sail or visit a nearby village for lunch. The truth is - we rarely left the villa -- it's truly relaxing to swim, lounge by the pool, read or play games. Although there is a large screen TV, we never turned it on! I highly recommend this luxury villa.

We had an extended family vacation with 3 kids (4 yrs, 10 yrs, 13 yrs) and 6 adults. We have been to Punta Mita many times before and this vacation was as good as any other time we've been. This was our first stay at Casa China Blanca.
In the weeks leading up to our trip, the house manager, Armando, was very communicative and helpful as he shared the menus and accommodated any questions and requests we had. The house comes with a very friendly staff and a cook so we never left the villa during the five days we were there.
The house itself is incredibly dramatic -- you can see right through the house all the way to the ocean. In contrast to staying at a resort, having a pool at our house gave us the convenience and flexibility to have everyone hang out and do their own thing while all being together. Because the house is so big, there are plenty of places to retreat to if you need your own quiet time, and also large comfortable shared spaces for everyone to be together.
The beds are AMAZING -- firm but soft with lots of support. They seem equivalent to our Tempurpedic at home.
The food was delicious authentic Mexican home cooking. Overall it was much more cost effective for us to feed the entire group + accommodations instead of staying at a resort and paying resort prices.
The beach is not easily accessible. From the house are 102 steps to go down to the beach, which you can't really stand on when it's high tide. During low tide, you can clamber over rocks and take a short walk to nearby Los Veneros where there is another pool, beautiful beach for swimming and boogie boarding, and a restaurant. We found it much more convenient to go to the beach this way than to walk along the road which was paved with large rocks which made it uncomfortable to walk on.
There isn't a great place to exercise; you can access the gym at Los Veneros. We brought our yoga mats and practiced by the pool daily as our exercise.
The WiFi is very spotty and slow. Fortunately, we brought our own router which made the internet more usable and faster.
Highly recommend bringing Benadryl cream in case you get eaten by the bugs that are there. Be sure to watch the sunset every night from the patio by the pool -- it's incredibly gorgeous and different every night.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly come back again!
The most amazing house I've stayed in you wont be disappointed. Palatial home with views from every room, beautiful decor, jaw dropping architecture, majestic infinity pool facing Banderas Bay and the Murieta islands. It really doesn't get better than this. In addition the staff was amazing and the chef was great. She made various delicious authentic dishes and drinks. Anything you wanted including special requests like grilled lobsters, mahi mahi ceviche all you had to do was pay for the groceries from the market. The home also included a concierge that setup snorkeling trips for us and went to the market. Will go back again soon!
Unbelievable views of the Bay of Banderias from every suite. We had the opportunity to stay at this ultra modern 5 bedroom suites with friends and family. This Villa provides all the amenities & concierge. We valued the additional services which included, on-site babysitting, yoga classes, and spa services. Judy our cook provided some fantastic Mexican meals for us. This was truly one of our best vacations and we look forward to our return visit to China Blanca.
