The restaurants here on this resort were just to die for. Karina is by far one of the best chefs we have had. We have tried many resorts and will be back as they accommodated our large group of 10 with no problems at all!!! The staff makes the experience just amazing!!! Santiago in the Mexican restaurant made sure we had so much fun. Gave us hats to wear and take amazing family photos. He was the absolute best!!!More

We just returned from our third trip to the Grand Sirenis. Everything is as amazing as we remember. The resort is very clean, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and the FOOD is fantastic. This is a food review. We enjoyed our 3 a la cartes for our 7 days at the resort and were not disappointed. CHEF OLIVER does an incredible job of curating menus, ensuring everything is fresh and flavourful. What a treat it is to enjoy high end cuisine and beverages at these intimate restaurants. The food is exquisite and the presentation is top notch. There is something for everyone at the buffet for all 3 meals offered throughout the day, no matter where you’re from and your dietary needs. We loved popping over to the snack shack right on the beach for lunch every day and were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon meal prepared on the beach under the canopy for all to enjoy. We experienced New Year’s Eve and Three King’s Day celebrations while we were there for the week, both were premium presentations by the resort. I am still dreaming about the chocolate buffet! We always hung around the lobby bar in the evening to watch shows and enjoy the market at the theatre when it was on. We always enjoyed being greeted and catered to by FRANCESCA, she is super friendly and hard working. Her dedication to her job and fun spirit is one of the reasons we’ll choose to return to this resort!

We've just taken part in the archery tournament in Grand Sirenis with Cecilio, what fun! He's really knowledgeable and entertains guests young and old. It was my first time doing archery and I'll definitely try again!
Earlier in the week we took the bike tour in the morning too, again a wonderful experience. We visited a wonderful botanical garden and seeing the cenote and lagoon was a bonus! I went back there to swim too, great to see the area. Thanks very much Cecilio!

BEDBUGS!! Then difficulty changing the room because of that. The rooms are old /outdated- smelled musty , had to change rooms 4 times on arrival because either lights, toilet were not working. The beach is ok- small and in a rocky area, The saving grace was the staff were very nice . Do not waste your money going there.
The hotel was grand! Well maintained for such a large resort. 10/10 service. Everyone spoke great English and was very accommodating. Food was beyond fantistic. So many places to dine. Beach was great. Water was clear. Somewhat rocky in areas but once out a foot or two , clear and sandy bottom. The concierge were so helpful with everything and anything. We even were able to get them to print our boarding passes for us. Will be coming back for sure!
