My sister-in law went through the tub and had to go to the hospital. The hotel needs major repairs. It is a dump! We reserved a non-smoking room but clearly people smoked in the room. It smelled like smoke and there was nicotine stains on the ceiling.

This is possibly the worst stay we have ever had in a hotel. And we have been to some bad hotels! Specifically checked in for a weekend getaway away from too many people, with a pool. The pool is not open at all, the floors are disgustingly dirty all through the halls, the telephone doesn't work and there isn't even a jack to plug it in. We also asked the desk to come fix the TV that wasn't working, and were told that someone would be there in an hour....never came. Another guy came down at the same I did to complain that his phone wasn't working and they had no garbage cans. There is a dog barking across the hall, people yelling profanities outside the window. And the front desk said....well, you already paid for the room, so nothing we can do! I hope nobody books at this place! There are so many other places!

Although the room pricing was decent. The lack of communication when it comes to things like the pool being out of order is unacceptable. That should be posted on the website before people book. They should also try to revamp the breakfast menus with more options or at least keep it open later with new food places out more frequently.

This hotel is a joke. I had a confirmed reservation and I get there with my children and am told that they have oversold the hotel by 16 rooms. The manager with blue hair wouldn’t even come speak to me he instead went off to his room to sleep. Another customer right after me came in and oh she was told there were four rooms left? She got checked in and the lady was even rude to her but she at least got a room. I asked for the managers number and I was given an incorrect number. That is the only reason I went back inside. Little did I know the lady was letting others stay! This hotel shouldn’t have the Wyndham name attached to it. I asked who the owner was and I was told the Nations. I asked the lady’s name at the front desk and was told Monica, I know that was a lie! Oh and I also have a video another customer took of the receptionist yelling at me! The Wyndham should be 100% ashamed of themselves.

If I hadn’t booked this with Priceline and I actually thought I might get a refund, I’d leave. Whoever gave this more than 1 star needs to get their eyes tested and might have lost their sense of smell from having Coronavirus. The pool is empty, the lobby looks post-apocalyptic, and I desperately wish that going to the front desk and saying something would actually do anything more than make me look like a “Karen”. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and considering that my parents stayed in Red Roof Inns back in the 80’s I think that is really saying something.
