AWFUL 😞 because I couldn't call it nothing else. Cheap as can be. The toilet in room 122 didn't flush correctly. Very low flushing ability, you have to hang onto the knob to make it flush. Weekday breakfast was awful literally nothing to drink. No cereal. Bagel, corn beef hash, a biscuit, and a waffle. Holiday inn express here I come! Definitely went down hill. The 2nd floor elevator does not work. The staff hardly speak English, you can't understand them. Your better off camping or spending a few dollars more for a nicer place. This has gone to the dogs.

The property was clearly undergoing a needed renovation. Flooring was being changed and spaces repainted. Future attention to issues such as improved lighting and replacing the atrium skylights would greatly improve the quality of the hotel. The brown and taupe colors are very dated and make the public spaces seem dull and dark.

The front desk staff were efficient, but not very hospitable. Greetings and eye contact were non-existent. Although polite the entire exchange felt very "transactional".

Room was damp, floor was wet. People smoking pot near the entrance. Entire facility was dirty and in poor upkeep. Towels were small, a little larger than an average hand towel, with very low water pressure. I would not recommend staying here nor will I ever again.
