relatively cheaper and clean hotel in the area, with some room renovations done and new simple furniture. but bed isn't comfortable. they have free breakfast with very few selections without fruits provided. location is good, close to shopping and parks.
It was not an entirely pleasant experience. Although the rooms are a good size, they lack a lot of lighting and especially drawers for storing clothes. It only has a not very functional table which does not help to store clothes. The worst experience is in the corridors as they smell very bad, mainly of cigarettes and other unpleasant odors. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom functional, however I would not return to this hotel, especially since there is so much to offer in the city.
The lobby and hallways were not clean, stained and dark. On the web page is says Hairdryers in each room. Our room didn't have, so called, the front desk with my personal cell, as no phone in rooms now, The Front Desk guy said they have no hair dryers on the property !////

The woman at the front desk was very short with us when we checked in. Our room and bed was not very welcoming and there was no phone and the TV did not work. When my husband went down to let her know, she became very irritated that she couldn't understand what room number we were. She finally said she would send someone up to fix it but it was 8:30 at night and didn't want someone coming up much later because we have kids. We asked for a new room. She said she had no more rooms. He asked for a refund and she said she would give him a new room so she didn't have to deal with us. Very rude. Also beware that breakfast is only until 9. Don't wait to eat until on the wait out and miss your chance!

Good price, but I felt this property did not quite stand up to the Ramada name. Great breakfast, great front desk crew, good location. Paint job has been redone in a terrible, unprofessional way. Our room smelled bad with some parts of the carpet as wet. The carpets all over were worn, will try to find an alternative next time.
