Nice place that is not as bad as recent reviews suggest. I stayed in one of the 2nd floor rooms which are renovated with carpeted rooms and nicer than the 1st floor rooms which have icky wood floors. The room was clean with no funny smells or stains anywhere. WiFi is pretty fast around 80 Mbps so you enjoy your internet and streaming media. Front desk clerk was friendly. Plenty of parking. The only downside is that they only offer rooms with two queen beds and I preferred a king bed. Hotel is located close to the Columbus beltway. There is a large mall and shopping complex nearby on Polaris Parkway, and the famous Apple Easton Town Center is also close.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
First of all, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, I was surprised walking into my room that had 2 smaller beds, not the king suite I had booked. I was not notified of this when I got there. After confronting front desk of the issue, I got told all rooms were sold out and I could check out if I wanted. She had 0 care for this issue and didn’t even apologize for putting me in a room I didn’t pay for. The sheets were DIRTY. I lifted them up and had to brush dirt/ hairs that were left. There was old trash underneath the beds, and the next day waking up, there were roaches in the bathroom so I took my stuff and checked out a day early. I didn’t even stay the 2 nights I had booked and I have still YET to be refunded my money for this. I have been calling the hotel to speak to the general manager but it has been over a week now and he has not responded to booking.com’s email for my refund for this horrible, disgusting stay. I would never take my money some place like this. Not like the pictures on the website. I did not get the room I booked, I did not stay my entire booking, and there were ROACHES!!!!! I would never recommend staying here, especially if you are likely to expect a refund for these issues you may experience. The management does not care neither does the staff. STAY AWAY

I stayed here because there was a home game at OSU and of the options under $200 a night near downtown, this was the best value. It was my first and will be last time at a Ramada. There was random tissue in our sink when we checked in the room, the phone didn't work to report anything, none of the exercise equipment worked, a stink bug found its way into our bathroom on the 2nd floor and stood on my toothbrush first thing in the morning, and even the continental breakfast was a 3/10. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.
