I have stayed at the Burlington several times now on my visits back to UK. Staying at the Burlington is a wonderful trip back down memory lane, and we should be very grateful to Steve for bringing the place back to life. For those of us who remember it all boarded up and under threat of demolition, it's so good to experience the place with new life breathed into it. Steve is the life and soul of the place with his cheerful personality and electrifying laugh, and all the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and the food is first class. Breakfasts will keep you going all day! There can't be too many hotels with a more strategic position on the seafront than the Burlington. This place exudes warmth and good old-fashioned comfort. If you haven't stayed there yet, I strongly recommend you do so.

Booked lunch for a family visit and it was a very enjoyable experience. The table linen was clean and with lots of room for 6 of us. The food was hot and the portions excellent value for money. All the staff - front desk, bar and dining room - were friendly and made us most welcome. We will definitely return.

Visited for the fixed price Sunday lunch - 4 adults and 1 child. Good food, good service. It may seem old fashioned but there was no real complaints or niggles on our visit.

We had a three course Sunday lunch today at the Burlington Hotel, Sheringham. As usual we received polite and very good service from our waiter and the meal was nicely presented, very nicely cooked and of good, fresh quality. Nothing from the freezer which sadly we receive elsewhere. Would definitely recommend to others. Bonus is the sea views.

We had my partners Christmas party at the Burlington. First impression was of a very dated hotel and restaurant. The food was very bland and tasteless, prawn cocktail with no flavour at all, turkey and trimmings not much better. Service however was excellent, very quick and attentive.
