Visited for girlfriend’s birthday. Parking and check-in process was very simple, room was on top floor with great views. Huge room with all amenities. Bed was absolutely huge and the room had a very spacious bathroom. We also enjoyed afternoon tea with Prosecco after we checked out which was fantastic. Overall, highly recommended when visiting Manchester.

After a stressful drive trying to find the car park to the hotel I was met by the front office staff. Very accommodating and carried my luggage in.
Shown to a room which was well maintained and very spacious and very comfortable beds. The downside was it was facing a building site which working til at least 6pm each night so very noisy. The restaurant was excellent whith service that was a credit to the hotel. Danny the waiter was so attentive to everyone regardless of age of class and helped scd assisted where he could ; he was brilliant and very welcoming. The food is fantastic and not only of great quality but the presentation is simply beautiful. Within walking distance of the town centre so plenty of restaurants and shopping on your doorstop.

It's like coming home... The warm welcome the gentlemen on the door greet you with, makes you feel like a very special and valued customer... Caroline and James on reception ensure you continue on the first class customer service journey whilst they check you in.. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and well furnished!
The bar/lounge area is comfortable, rekaxing and the addition of the girl playing piano is a lovely touch!
The bar staff are attentive and look after you so well...
It's everything you want and expect from a hotel today! Well done and thank you!!!

Stayed for one evening in one of the Superior Rooms with a River View. The room was a good size with a large bed and from the fifth floor it provided a good view over the river. All the staff in the hotel were attentive from reception, the bar and then breakfast in the morning which was also excellent. It costs an additional £16.50 to park your car overnight in the hotels own car park but it is secure city centre parking right outside the front door. The hotel is ideally located and a short walk over a footbridge takes you into Deansgate with numerous restaurants and bars. Room Tip - choose a river view room as there is building work ongoing at the front of the hotel.
