overall good relaxing holiday.
Burger Restaurant on Seafront not my cup of tea, not relaxing,( still waiting for my MEGA Ice cream, very disappointing but it certainly was MEGA PRICE) People friendly in the town Loved all the little shops and cafe areas. All walks were brilliant for my husband, he had a hip replacement operation the week before we came to Deal. He did brilliant with the walking with plenty of fresh air.
Some of the plates were dirty on the shelf and a bread knife on display had remains of food on the lower end of blade.. .

The house is maybe the most beautiful cottage I have ever stayed in. It is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves at night. I walked at the beach early morning, alone except for a few people jogging. So peaceful it is impossible not to relax. The house has everything you need - and more. You have to like stairs, though. And then there is the risk that you never want to leave. We stayed here with two teenagers and two large dogs, and felt so welcome. Also there is the town, Deal, with all kinds of small, interesting shops. The town is probably mentioned by both Jane Austen and Dickens. And you really feel like writing something after living here for a week.
