The hotel is located on an industrial site on a main arterial route into Wales. There are prettier locations for a hotel BUT if you are travelling it could well be your best geophacisl overnight stop. It certainly was for us. Plenty of parking, and literally next door is the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean could perhaps have been aired a little more before we took the room over. Overall a comfortable room well located on our route .

A really nice break, lovely staff, friendly helpful and very welcoming. Good access for the wheelchair and a good wet room. We ate at Oswalds Cross, the pub restaurant next door. Great food and service.
Thank you to Sabrina, Hannah and Sam for all your help.

Room Tip: Good wheelchair access and wet room

Strange location on an industrial estate, the room smelled a little damp, very thin walls and ceiling so noise travelled. Most if not all other Premier Inns I have stayed in have been noise free/soundproofed and a major reason for re-booking. Renovation work outside my room which commenced at 07:00 in the morning. Aside from the issues the staff were very friendly and helpful, decent choice of food however you can easily spend more on the £23 meal deal than by paying for meals individually

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Good food next door at pub nice breakfast very helpful with dietary requirements. Although they were building in part of the hotel it didn't ruin the holiday. Will be booking again for next year

My family and I stayed her as a stop off on our way to North Wales. On arrival there was plenty of space to park with no issues, with several spaces left.
We were greeted by a very nice and polite receptionist who made us feel very welcome.
We had booked a meal in the pub attached as pet of the deal with breakfast. I can't say it was anything special, the staff were again polite but the food was pretty basic and was let down when we wanted ice cream for desert and they said they didn't have any, which was pretty poor to be honest! Breakfast the next day was good, with plenty of options to choose from.
The rooms are as you'd expect from a premier inn which we were happy with. The only thing letting it down was the creaky bed which made a noise every time we moved!
We had asked for a cot in the room, which we got but was pretty poor, there was no mattress just a sheet over the insert. Luckily we'd brought our own, otherwise we would have struggled and it was pretty unacceptable to let a baby sleep in the cot provided.
There was building work going on at the location, this didn't affect us and was pretty well advertised so I don't understand why people complain.
To us it was just the little things I've mentioned that let the stay down to give full stars. But I have to say the staff at this Premier Inn were by far the politest I have come across in a long time, something which the management should be proud of.
