I am not sure what we can add to the good reviews of this delightful b and b. I chose it as I did not want to stay in a Premier Inn type for our one night stay to attend a nearby wedding reception. Easy to find, excellent accomodation and staff so lovely you felt you had known them for ages. Room (7) exceeded expectations as it was large with three windows, and more space than we needed. Everything was very clean and the bed was huge! Very quiet, with no noise from other rooms whatsoever. The room was well equipped with more than everything you might need and a handy fridge. We had the opportunity of seeing one of the dog friendly rooms which was also very big and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was lovely with excellent choices and a swimming pool as well! Oak Tree Farm is within walking distance of The Tame Otter and The Red Lion who provide evening meals. All in all, a credit to the owners and staff and we would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommending to others.

Great room on ground floor in adjacent barn very good sized room all amenities including a fridge which is a great idea excellent breakfast cooked to order ,could not fault it lovely views etc !!! On your table you had your own toaster so you were able to have your toast as you like it a good selection of cereals also fresh fruit we will be calling again when we visit our friends in Tamworth, lovely ,friendly staff !!!

Room Tip: Ground floor is ideal, no distance to have to go and get breakfast etc !!!

We were invited to a celebration in a nearby village and needed somewhere to stay due to the celebration venue being in a nearby village. How lucky we were to find the Oak Tree Farm. On arrival we were warmly welcomed, facilities and services were clearly explained and we were shown to our room. The room was large but felt homely, all the facilities and amenities in the room were extremely clean and functioning. Situated in a very quiet rural area, the views and outlooks are excellent.
Breakfast is as promised freshly cooked and the quality is excellent.
I would highly recommend this establishment as you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Room 4 if you can get it. Ground floor level, easy access to car park and reception and breakfast:-)

We stayed here recently for two nights, before & after our son's wedding at a nearby venue, with a number of other guests & family. The superior rooms really are large & spacious with everything thought of & our American friends were most impressed. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of fresh fruit & a very good choice of hot items, cooked to order. We certaily didn't leave hungry. Last, but not least, the staff were extremely pleasant & helpful & really went out of their way for us.

Room Tip: Superior rooms are large & comfortable. Those in the original farmhouse can be smaller.

Stopped for one night whilst visiting relatives in the area. A real gem tucked away down a country lane. The room was gorgeous, comfy beds, lovely decor and a large wet room. Breakfast in the beautiful dining room was cooked to order and delicious. We loved that each table had its own toaster, great idea! We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool but it looked lovely - maybe next time as we'd definitely stay again, just perfect!
