We love Blackheath. It still has the old world charm that a lot of the Blue Mountains are regrettably losing, but has some decent food & coffee options.

An easy drive off the Great Western Highway at Blackheath. Could walk down if like. Lots of parking. Gorgeous views of the waterfall. Walks there too. No charges.

This lookout is not far off the highway and well worth the time to see. There are spectacular mountains and escarpments with a delightful waterfall. There are great photo opportunities as well as some walks here. Nearby Blackheath has some great cafes and shops to see as well.

Wonderful lookout and fantastic views of the valley. Good toilet facilities. Your time here will depend on how much you like the views. a couple of vantage points to see the valley at different angles and walking track for the more adventurous to go to the valley floor
