We had a deluxe 1 bedroom with en-suite. Location was excellent, at the end of a short cul de sac Street, ensuring a quiet and peaceful rest. The complex comprises 12 deluxe units, all with a very homely feel, and each with splendid décor, spotlessly clean through out, very comfortable bed & pillows, tea & coffee, chocolates, and a decanter of port to savour. We also enjoyed a generous served continental breakfast. Free and secure on-site garaged car parking was provided. The corridor and dining rooms were adorned with thoroughly interesting pictures and commentary on Tasmanian heritage homes. Owner / Managers Colin & Rosie were the perfect hosts, and made us most welcome.

Room Tip: Price value, quiet, peaceful, comfortable, very clean, friendly welcoming hosts

Enjoyed our two nights at Rosie's Inn in New Norfolk. Handsome old former boarding accommodation with everything you could wish for. Gracious dining and lounge rooms plus separate sitting area if you decide to bring takeaway back to the Inn. Colin and Rosie are most welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and the home made lime marmalade and quince jelly served at breakfast are memorable. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We had nice but small room up stairs with a queen size bed. It was very nicely decorated. There is a small refrigerator in the room and a small TV up in the corner.
This bathroom was large with nice towel bar along one entire wall, and the shower stall at the end. We also had washcloths which is always nice as a lot of places we find don't provide them.
There is a nice large guest lounge on the first floor. We were given a buffet breakfast of several cold cereals, a great choice of fruits, yogurt, toast, jam, and juice, along with coffee, tea, or hot cocoa.
Rosie has an award winning rose garden and there is free parking in the rear. There is also free wifi, but you will most likely need to use it in the lounge for a good signal. Both Rosie and Collin were very helpful about suggesting places to eat. We can highly recommend this as place to stay when you are in the area.

We pre-booked a "Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite " and the information said that it featured a separate living room - it didn't! There were 2 bedrooms split by a bathroom. One bedroom only had a bench seat to sit while the other had a chair and the kettle. The beds were clean and comfortable and there was a nice lounge in the building but the booking should have given an honest description.

Great B & B. Owners were super nice. Property has lovely garden. Did a room with ensuite. Large bathroom with toiletries and towels (no washcloth) and mini frig. Comfortable bed. Plugs a little limiting though. Free parking. Down the street to river. Owners can recommend places to walk to. Breakfast was good. Down the street is convenience store "eagle.." they have cooked food. Great for snack. Woolworth about 10 mins away. No cooking here. Just kettle for tea; however, they have nice table and chairs to bring in food to eat. Stayed here since was close to Mt Field National Park. Would I say here again - Yes.
