This is a very peaceful walk with a choice of woods, meadows or marsh views. After our hikes we always head down the road a short ways to visit the Old Woman Creek beach. Not a long section of beach, but it's amazing how the weather and wave action can make it look like a different beach every time.

Walked two of the 4 trails at Old Woman Creek today. Both trails were in good condition in spite of the wet weather we have been experiencing. Saw many spring plants, bald eagle, woodpeckers, swallows, many more. Good place for anyone to get close to an active estuary. Good indoor exhibits as well.

This is a great place to take a long or short walk and see the interesting estuary ecology. We especially like the indoor exhibits that are well maintained and informative. Some are interactive. The kids love it all.

Nice place to spend a couple of hours in farm country. There are several short trails, which are an easy walk. The main building has some interesting geological information on the area and how it has changed throughout the years. No fee. A good free thing to do if it's a nice day and you want to see nature.

Alway enjoy my walks at Old Woman's Creek. I took my kids there 20 years ago and now I take my grandson there to enjoy the wonders that nature has to offer. There is a really nice nature center that gives a lot of history of Old Woman's Creek (Indians, birds, and water life)exhibit children can enjoy and learn from. The trails are very well laid out and easy to walk on and follow.I do go there frequently with my grandson just to get away and let him learn what nature is all about. To see the water fouls in there natural environment and the sounds of nature at its best.
