First, the owners cannot control what some punk does in the middle of the night. In full transparency, there was an incident in one of their buildings two nights before we stayed, they owner openly spoke about it and offered a refund since we had kids. We stayed anyways, would do it again! We met the owner and wife and they were extremely accomodating and helpful. We stayed in the two queen cottage, $200/night on weekends, little cheaper on weekdays. We asked to check in early as we had kids and wanted to hit the snow next door at Snow Trails early. They had us in by 1130 which gave a great chance to get our day started. The room was comfy and warm all weekend, kids loved the jacuzzi tub, flat screen to watch NYE football games at night, fresh towels, microwave, stove, coffee pot with coffee, creamer sugar, mini fridge, clean sheets, clean bathroom, and a clean kitchen. The location to Snow Trails was perfect as we enjoyed the NYE party and didn't have to worry about driving. We will be back.
Nothing is perfect, these are cottages in the woods, so spiders exist. I squished a tiny one and flushed him. Wifi didn't work and is an extra fee, if accessible (free wifi seems like a good idea to me).More
