Worst cleanliness you’ve ever seen in a hotel. Two rooms left complaining of bugs at 1 AM. Had nine rooms…3 had to be switched to find cleaner ones. Aweful service. Hallways needed vacuumed or mopped. Missing room numbers on walls.

Don't do it folks! Fridge didn't work in room after we bought food because no breakfast. After a day spent out of the room, came back to everything in fridge warm and ruined. They did get us a new fridge...but it was too late.

3 guys coming through the window of pool area to get in hot tub while smoking a blunt and continued to pass it around while in the hot tub with my children in the pool.

Supposed to be a smoke free hotel, every hallway smelled of smoke, cigarette and marijuana. Said something to Sam and the front desk and he just blew it off like it was no big deal. Our room smelled horrible. I pick smoke free hotels due to my son's asthma.

A/C in room wouldn't get room cold. Had it on the coolest setting and continuous run and it was probably 75 in the room and kept kicking off.

Telephone in room didn't work for us to call the front desk with the issues.

No housekeeping.

At checkout spoke to Rosa about my complaints she said there was nothing she could do and her manager Rosie won't be there until tomorrow and she will have her call me. She was not pleasant at all.

This hotel is supposed to be 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I'm not 1% satisfied at the moment.

Durry Inn next door looks really nice.

This stay was an absolute nightmare. We were given one towel for four guests, and were told they " were out of towels". The hot breakfast we were promised was a paper bag with an apple, yogurt, and an expired croissant.

Very disappointing. These bathrooms were completely redone a couple years ago and now the grout between the tub tiles is moldy, the bathroom baseboards filthy, we found used coffee grounds in coffee maker & crumbs on carpet.

Best firm beds and the most clean rooms of the half-dozen places we stayed during our 3,000 mile trip across country. Definitely would stay here again in the future and the price was the best ($80 something) for three adults and one dog overnight.
