Price was fair for what the kids wanted to do. Most of the staff was very polite and helpful, but noticed one or two of them really didn't seem to want to work there. Not sure if they were really focused or knew what they were doing. The game areas appeared safe and secure for the younger kids. Appeared clean.

We did the escape room, which was very cool. An adult needs to help for sure if you are doing it with older kids. The kids got too scared to do the haunted house when we got there. The manager told them it was very scary and that ruined it. I was bummed.

We are always looking for good places to meet up as a family between Toledo and Cleveland. This was a great night out! The prices are fair enough for the activities - consider one of the passes to maximize your costs. The 9 and 10 year old had a blast, especially in the climbing area and skating. The 13 year old was a little less excited. Everyone enjoyed the mini-golf - great challenges and a unique experience with the 3D glasses. All 3 kids really liked the XD movie as well. The laser maze was probably the most popular part of the night. If you’re looking for a reasonable, safe place to skate, this is a great option.

We stopped by here to check out their haunted house. It cost us $33 for 2 adults and 1 child. The haunted house was solid and gave all three of us several good scares. It provides a good mixture of animatronics and real actors, and is quite lengthy compared to other haunted houses. The Thrill Center has many other activities going on, however we did not have the time to check them out. We would definitely return the next time we are in the area.

My husband and I did the room escape together. We were booked in for 12 o'clock, and got there 10 minutes early as instructed. We were told it would be a few minutes as they were still setting up the room. We did not get into it until about half past, which was unimpressive. Apparently the person they have who runs the room didn't bother turning up on time.

Once we were in the room, we quite liked the theme. However, we didn't feel like there was a logical pattern to all of the puzzles. The person who helped with hints was ok when he finally turned up, but he was actually in the room with us which was weird. He started to ready the room for the next booking while we were still playing, and at one point out away part of a puzzle we hadn't finished with!

We would not recommend this because of the poor service and late start - there are much better escape rooms out there where you feel like the staff care about you and what you are doing.
