Eating at the Blue Canyon makes you feel as if you have left Twinsburg and arrived a lodge at a national park. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food was also very good. I had the wild boar tenderloin and it was prepared wonderfully. Would absolutely recommend.

The staff is great and their smile helps to swallow the food. I can't understand that they are unable to cook a hamburger correctly and to make French fries. For a bill of $24 it was very disappointing .

Blue Canyon has been a favorite restaurant for my husband and I for many years. There menu offers a very good variety of food for selections. The menu is a little pricy but worth it the quality of the food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and informative. They make very good suggestions on wine selections for your meal. The Blue Canyon has been voted number one in fine dining in it's category in the Akron, Cleveland OH area several times.

Food very good, nice variety, service excellent. A little pricey, but menu is not run of the mill. Offer bison, wild boar, fish tacos, etc.

Ahh..a sign of summer the PATIO bar is now open, weather depending, for this Memorial Day Weekend well it was fabulous. Some familiar faces behind the bar and around the bar. Some new drinks on the menu. The outdoor kitchen wasn't quite ready but the bar, tvs and vibe were. Stop in. Your stool, chair, couch and fire pit await. See you there.
