Great coffee! This location served drinks exactly as expected. I was disappointed, however, that no drive thru was available.

Seems like every time I stop at this Starbucks they are getting better and better. Service has improved immensely. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. I guess the only thing I would like to see changed is possibly having a bigger selection of brewed coffee. Always the same three flavors

They were slammed, but still worked efficiently and with a professional friendliness. Drinks were made correctly and with great flavor. Only downside is the lot is too small to handle the surges in business.

The short review is that this one is fine, you'll get your Starbucks drink for the standard price but you may wait longer than you expect to get your drink.

I suppose reviewing one location of an international chain is like reviewing a particular McDonalds in that they all pretty much look the same and the food tastes the same, so why bother. Yet I see I'm not the first to put a review here so I'm adding my impressions because after all, each location is unique and has its own vibe based on who is running it.

This facility looks nice. I've heard customers say "the remodel looks great," so I assume the interior has received some kind of attention lately. Not knowing what it looked like before, it'll probably look like a regular Starbucks to you. It's clean, organized, and well lit.

The service could benefit from some attention. Just one person's observations, but almost without fail the impression of the team is -- with exceptions of course -- A) they don't smile broadly and engage with each customer (kind of coffee-house basic people anticipate when spending the money we do on heated bean juice and that's certainly the basic ante required to play in the customer service industry), and B) they don't visibly multi-task on a meaningful level. It's one. order. at. a. time. Don't you dare even think about starting another order until the one before it is completed and delivered and, going back to point A, don't smile or engage with people while they're waiting; keep looking solemn or, better yet, avoid eye contact completely.

Some days it can be eye-rollingly painful to watch the process. It's not their fault when customers take a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out how to get their phone to work for the register scanner Starbucks phone app thingie, but you would then think a proficient team could make up that lost time by applying their skills and pace. I think that if you're position is register person, don't stand at the vacant register when you don't have a customer yet your co-workers could use a hand while they are busy putting stickers on everything including cups of water. If you're role is the drive-through person, don't lean on your register at the vacant drive-through window when you don't have a customer and it's obvious you could be helping to restock supplies or helping the register person get something out of the oven to hand it to a customer. If you're the coffee machine person, consider asking your standing-around co-workers to be team players and perhaps start a drink on an unused drink machine while you are making one. order. at. a. time because at least then two drinks are being made at a time. And finally, look up with a smile once in a while at the waiting customers and interact with them. It really helps and it really works.

I get it, it's not Seattle across from Pike's Place so there may well be a higher tolerance for slower service, but I still think there could be a benefit by infusing some hustle; even a little tiny bit more energy into the team and just a smidgen more of a sense of urgency. Perhaps some caffeine would help.

Other than that, though, the drinks taste as good as they do in every other Starbucks I've visited so they get credit for consistency in following the same recipes which is very nice and I'll continue to go back.

One last note. Not that anybody is actually reading this, of course, but we need to join together to let business people know that they need to PLEASE stop interviewing their job candidates at little tables in a Starbucks. Not classy or respectful at all and horribly awkward and, frankly, lazy. Get an office or invest in a booth or table at a real restaurant for you and the candidate where you can enjoy a little privacy to really get to know this potential future addition to your team. This particular Starbucks seems to attract its share of interviewers/interviewees and it is so goofy to be standing in line (one that moves notably slow in this location) and have to hear people who think they are impressing themselves and anyone within earshot by asking what they seem to believe are super-intelligent character-defining questions while poor candidates have to do their best to impress someone in front of complete strangers slurping drinks. Ugh.

This one is the nearest to the AMC, so we stopped by to have a beverage here. Great place. The staff is good. The overall ambiance is really good. With direct sunlight available from two sides, it's a great place to relax on a sunny day.
Plenty of seating options inside with quite trendy chairs. They have a couple of low height but high-chair design chairs on the service counter which I haven't seen in any of the Starbucks I have visited till date.
We went for their Chai Tea Latte with Soy Milk and it was great - pretty much the same taste as everywhere else.
Overall, great place to relax.
