Our experience was awful. We arrived to sleep and the next day spent time at the pool. However, the room had a bad smell. At night, I was uncomfortable because I felt itchy body, I got up to go to the bathroom. There were small cockroaches everywhere. I could not sleep more. We thought we were staying two nights, but as soon as the sun went out we checked out. The money was not returned the following night and I received another additional charge.

Felicia, and her staff were tremendously helpful during a recent stay. My father and step-mother stayed at the Quality Inn, but upon check-in they realized they had forgotten her ID in Kansas and had an 11 am flight. Thinking UPS would deliver the ID on time, they had it over-nighted to the Quality Inn, but UPS had delays and it didn't make it in time. Felicia and her staff helped them make their flight and when the ID arrived, she was able to Fedex the ID from Oklahoma City to Baltimore, MD the next day. The customer service experience was way above and beyond anything we could have ever expected from the hotel staff. They were so helpful and courteous, we will never stay in another hotel in Oklahoma City again. We are beyond indebted to them. The rooms were decent, but the staff made the stay great.

We are partial to this hotel because we spent our wedding night there years ago waiting for a flight.

Since we had a late flight retuning and a three hour drive we decided to stay over in OKC.

Check in was easy. The lobby looked good. The hall to the room looked great.

The room was nice. The mattress was wonderful. All looked updated. Nice big screen HDTV.

The baths had newer fixtures.

There is a small bar open in the lobby. They had a nice and reasonable bar food menu. The folks running it were very nice. The wings were tasty.

For the price I would call this a great value.

it was very nice, friendly staff, the rooms were clean and when we requested a frig they were great to be sure our room had one and very close to the Airport and the price was good.We had a early flight and the breakfast was great would definitely stay again.

I booked this so we could be near the airport for our 6am flight and leave our car for the 14 days we would be in Europe. It is not the most luxurious hotel, as expected, but it served its purpose. The room was old but clean. The only downfall was they did not have a feather-free option (at least according to the woman working the desk) so we had to sleep on our neck pillows meant for our long flight. Staff was great- they will drive you to the airport even at 430am and pick you up when you land. Our car was fine in the lot while we were gone.
