Guernsey Park is a consistently great restaurant. They have a good and eclectic wine list but I must admit their lemon drop shot is lacking.
The mussels and ahi tuna appetizers were quite tasty. The chef, Paul Langer, has a panache that is quite unique. I loved his sole with turmeric and pineapple.
The tofu was nice and crispy (as I requested). The sauce on it was great.
The sushi rolls are always good. In fact, everything is always good.
