The Table Rock Motel sits on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. My wife and I, on our 48th anniversary trip, stayed in room 10 for 3 nights. From our window you can look out at the ocean and table rock. This is an older motel, and the rooms are nicely quaint. The people working there are super friendly and helpful about where to eat and such. There is a path down to the beach just behind the motel. From the cliff, look over to the right a bit and see the lighthouse. I wanted to get some sunset photos of the sea stacks, but fog every day prevented that. This probably wasn't the motel's fault. If we ever get the opportunity to visit the area again, we will definitely stay at Table Rock Motel

Room Tip: Be sure and get one of the rooms overlooking the ocean.

48 years... Congratulations!! That is really something. :) Thanks for spending your 48th anniversary with us here in a cozy cottage, and thank you for taking the time to write a lengthy and helpful review for everyone. We were delighted to get to host you, and to share what we love about our local restaurants, shops and attractions. We're sorry that you didn't get the photo opportunity that you were hoping for! But use it as an excuse to come back and try again - maybe for your 49th anniversary! :)

We stayed here for one night during a road trip down to San Francisco.
Arrived around 7pm, checked in with a lovely friendly lady on reception, she was very welcoming & recommended places for dinner.
The room (101) was a great size and very clean, with a good bathroom and coffee facilities. Good WiFi connection.
The weather wasn’t particularly good but I believe the motel has beach access .
Great for what we wanted & we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to write a helpful and kind review for us! We really, really love reading about your pleasant experience with us at reception, and that you enjoyed the facilities and how clean they were. Our housekeeping staff is top-notch, led by a head housekeeper who truly cares that all the rooms are spic-n-span, and we feel so lucky to have such a great team! Sorry the weather wasn't cooperative - hopefully you can come back when it's a gorgeous, sunny day, and enjoy combing the beaches that are indeed just steps away from Table Rock Motel.

We spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and if we didn't know that the hotel was full we would have thought we were the only ones there! The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Floral Room #205 which was very nice, clean and comfortable. Great views and walking paths near by. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Room Tip: The website has great current pictures of each room and the view from the room!

We stopped here for one night on our way up the coast and were delighted with our stay. The woman who checked us in was friendly and very helpful even pointing out the squeegee and water for cleaning windshields. Our room was on the second floor of the newer section and was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and all the amenities one could want - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever with great pillows and nice bedding. We didn’t have a water view but were very close to a stunning viewpoint. The motel is very convenient to old town Bandon but is in a largely residential area that was very quiet at night. Overall I would rate our experience as fantastic and wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to all the nice staff who clearly take pains to make this such a pleasant place.

We stayed one night in one of the tiny, emphasis on tiny, cottage rooms. The office staff were warmly welcoming to us and our dog, handing over both a blanket and towel for her.($25 pet fee) The room was thoughtfully and well equipped with queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, hot pot, flat-screen TV, very tiny bathroom and tiny shower. (one person at a time; you can wash your hands while sitting on the toilet and also nearly turn on the shower if you had really long arms. Redundancy of use of word "tiny" is intentional!) Construction, walls, flooring, fake tile, etc. was very dated, think low-budget 1930s, it was very, very clean. Decorated with an old movie star theme. Peek of ocean past the truck parked right behind our window. Very quiet. Just a few dozen steps from the bluff where you can watch spectacular sunsets over the monolith rock formations, and descend the stairway to the beach far below.
Fine for one night. Cost not tiny.

You are correct! The room you stayed in was built in the 1930’s. Many people enjoy the quaint charm of days gone by that these cottages offer, and we take great pride in keeping things cleaned for our guests, so we’re hapoy you noticed. I love the humor in your description of the “tiny” bathroom. The funny thing is, you weren’t even in our tiniest room. Thanks for taking the time to review your stay!
