This was my favorite of the waterfalls along the trail along the Columbia! It was not very crowded at all (Compared to the others) and its view is truly breathtaking. I recommend doing both the upper hike to the top (you can walk out right onto the falls if you're really brave and willing to take the "off" trail), and the lower hike to the bottom of the falls (you can pretty much get right under it). Neither is overly difficult or time-consuming. Parking was easy for us at about 10:30 in the morning. Even if this was the only falls you visited, it would be worth the short trip from Portland!
