Description: Tinas opened in October 1991. The restaurant, which seats 55 guests, has a comfortable bar, and the two intimate dining rooms are divided by a fireplace. Like many of our fellow chefs, we believe that the best food is organically grown. Our search for these foods led us out of the city and into the countryside where we work closely with a great group of farmers. We're closer to the source of what goes onto your plate, and we believe that the opportunity to cook in a wine growing region lends our food a context and flavor and experience that is unbeatable. The menu is based on the foods that our farmer/neighbors grow: seasonal, and regional. Most of the wines that we feature come from just down the road. We are committed to using the best ingredients, and our menu changes as we move through the seasons of the year. Under New Ownership since June 13, 2015, Tina's continues to be a Wine Country Standard, not to be missed. Long time, veteran employees Dwight McFaddin (22yrs), and Michael Stiller (14 years) and their wives have re-energized the Restaurant and have lured back Chef Norma Buchholz (6 yrs) to create a new environment based on all that is best about Tina's and the Wine Country of Yamhill County.

Visited Tina's after an afternoon of wine tasting. Excellent entrees, including duck, pork, fresh halibut, and steak. Well-prepared and timely served. Dessert was a bit plain and a little disappointing. Comparatively, it's a bit expensive. Be sure to make a reservation.

One of the challenges when traveling is to find a true fine dining restaurant that matches the expectations of your favorite fine dining restaurant at home. When spending a few days in Oregon's Willamette Valley wine country, we wanted to make sure we found the right place for a fine dining experience. So we inquired with the folks at the Argyle Winery where we should go, and they recommended Tina's. They also recommended we make a reservation, so we did.

Tina's identifies itself as a restaurant featuring northwestern cuisine. But instantly upon entering, before having our first taste, we had the feel of being in the northwest. The decor, lighting, fireplace in the center of the room - all came together to provide a perfect northwest setting. Upon arriving to our table (which was right next to the fireplace), we noticed a placard on the table with our name on it written in calligraphy - something I have never seen in any restaurant before. It was a nice touch, telling us that we were special.

From there on, the experience was fantastic. Service was very attentive, ensuring that our glasses were full and that we were aware of when food was coming, and checking if we were happy with the food. And the food was marvelous. It was an excellent blend of locally-sourced food and styles of cuisine. The price was also quite reasonable given the quality of the food.

If you are looking for an excellent dining experience while visiting Oregon's wine country, Tina's is a must.

My boyfriend and I ate here on my birthday with our friends and shared a 4-top by the fire *best table. They have a very special bread recipe they are known for with 25yr old yeast, we had to control ourselves. The service was over the top outstanding and the food was to die for! This is by far the best place in town for a romantic dinner for two or if you are looking for excellence!

We will for sure be back!

Although the cuisine is described as "American" and "International" I was reminded most of many wonderful dinners I've enjoyed in France in small villages where a very good chef decides to open a restaurant. The food was delicious which was a crispy salmon roll appetizer, then duck for my wife and roasted pork loin for myself, and then a delightful almond cake with fresh pears for dessert. The wine list is also outstanding with a very large selection of those "other Burgundies" (Oregon Pinot Noirs), many Oregon whites, and a very well selected assortment of imported wines as well. The service was also very friendly and professional. The location is very convenient in the middle of Dundee and the experience inside the restaurant is very charming and comfortable.

We had a wonderful Dinner! If you like mushrooms order the mushroom appetizer. The home was very intimate and cozy. The service was excellent and our waitress made beautiful wine suggestions. Make sure to make reservations well in advance.
