Came in on a rainy Eugene afternoon to grab a drink and chat with some family. The coffee shop is a two story converted house. It is beautiful and cozy. On the day that we came in, the place was lively with people working on their computers, reading books, and hanging out with friends. The place has tables and chairs as well as couches for patrons to enjoy. From what I read on a sign, there are private rooms available for reservations at a decemt price of $10 an hour. When we arrived, there was a line of people waiting to order but it went by pretty quickly. Both my cousin and I ordered chai lattes. The staff there is friendly and eeemed to genuinely care about how our day was going. It took a couple of minutes for our drinks to be called but it was worth the wait. They were delicious! We found a table that could accommodate a car seat as we had my nephew with me. Vero, although crowded that day, had a noise level that wasn’t too bad. We spent about an hour there and observed a steady stream of customers. I recommend this place to coffee and tea connoisseurs. They have a variety to tea and espresso drinks available. They also have a food menu if you’re in the mood of something to munch on, although I did not get a good look at the menu.
