Terrible management! Terrible service!
We stayed 4 nights and they made up our room once. I had to ask for towels every morning. They didn't make the beds or straighten up once. Motel 6 has a better continental Breakfast and better service. The rooms are really nice and the landscape is beautiful. But it's going to be a "once in a life time" destination (in a bad way) for a lot of faulks. If the manager continues to run it like a Rude Cheapskate!

4-Night Stay Guest, I am truly sorry you didn't get proper service. We really take our Housekeeping Service to heart, the staff work so hard to keep all rooms in top notch service. I have met with the staff and they have really stepped up and are making every effort to go above and beyond service. I have looked over all comment cards and am sorry I never received a message from you during your stay. We hope all of guest get the best service.

We hit bad weather on January 14 had to stop for the night .After driving past many funky hotels we pulled into the Hyperion expected to pay $300.We were pleasantly surprised with AARP membership we paid only $80. Let me tell you the room had every amenity coffeepot ,blow dryer , micro and fridge ,the bed was comfortable there were extra blankets and pillows , outside the hot tub/pool (serene), free breakfast, and a laundry room, not a speck of dirt to be found , the staff were amazing. You must make this your stop ,you won't be disappointed. We'll be back Edward and Morgan H

Room Tip: 1014 close to pool and food.

Great accommodations at a fair price. Well located approximately half way between Seattle and the Napa Valley. Close to I-5 off and on ramps. Availability of breakfast is a plus. Plan to recommend to family and friends,

Happy you appreciated the 1/2 way from Seattle to Napa, always a great place to stop and rest for one night. The breakfast crew is always happy to hear the good thoughts and that it was a plus to you.

We love to find these wonderful treasures at a great price. Grants Pass is our annual stopover place during our Christmas road trip. We have been staying at hotels near the freeway off ramp and have not been impressed. This year we ventured further into town and found this fantastic place for only $20 more. We had a room in the 60’s era motel area that has been completely refurbished. Big room, great TV, heater works very well, nice shower head, mini refrig and micro wave were nice to have. I really liked the double sheeted bed (the blanket has a sheet under and over it). The room was so comfy that we ordered dinner to go and ate in the room. Wish I brought my bathing suit for the jacuzzi was very inviting. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Front desk and gal in the breakfast area were all very friendly. The walls are a little thin but our neighbors were quiet. We will most definitely be back.

Glad you took an adventure into Downtown and found us. We hope the dinner in was wonderful as well. Next time stop in and look at our local wine we have to go with that dinner too. (If you want) Our morning Gal will see this and thank you for noticing all she does as well.

Just spent two nights while in town visiting relatives. Everything about the stay was great. This little hotel has beautifully manicured grounds, friendly staff and sparkling clean rooms. It is in my opinion, the nicest place to stay in Grants Pass by far. No problems here, enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We are so glad you found us. The snow melted just in time for most of our visitors to walk around and enjoy the grounds. Housekeeping is always thrilled to see a great review on the "sparkling clean rooms". Thank you, Staff
